MAYUKA
犬の栄養管理士でプラントベースフードアドバイザーの資格も取得。イギリスのヴィーガン獣医師による犬の栄養学コース修了。その他、論文や専門家の発信する情報を常に取り入れ、役立つ情報の発信を心掛けている。
略歴：大学からアメリカへ留学し、監査法人、複数の外資系企業で経験を積み、コロナをきっかけに、食料と健康・社会課題との繋がりを知って、ヴィーガンを取り入れ、起業に至る。
趣味：食べること、犬と戯れること、プラントベースのカフェやメニューの発掘
PINO
性格：内気でおとなしく、気の優しいミニチュアダックスフンドの男の子。かなりの犬見知り。仲良くなると嬉しさのあまり吠え出す傾向あり（声が大きいので周りを驚かす）
好きな食べ物：ブロッコリー、ピーマン、ピーナッツバター、柿、梨
好きな遊び：風船を割ること、部屋中に隠されたおやつを探し回ること
